I’ve always been the person to slow things down and ask why—much to the frustration of my parents and more than one boss.

It’s not because I love to push and challenge, but because I crave an understanding of how things work. Even more, I want to know how every. single. thing. is connected.

And that’s especially true within a business.

That curiosity has taken me from in-house creative roles to agency leadership and now running my own practice. I’ve helped dysfunctional sales and marketing teams come together to launch award-winning campaigns, revived dead-in-the-water offers to reinvigorate a business, and shifted many founders' attention from shiny objects to the work that actually drives revenue.
