I’ve always been the person to slow things down and ask why—much to the frustration of my parents and more than one boss.
It’s not because I love to push and challenge (though that’s not untrue!), but because I crave an understanding of how things work. Even more, I want to know how every. single. thing. is connected. And that’s especially true within a business.
That curiosity (plus a whole lot of tenacity) has taken me from in-house creative roles to agency leadership and now running my own practice. I’ve worked with tourism brands, B2B service providers, CPG founders, and more. I’ve helped dysfunctional sales and marketing teams come together to launch award-winning campaigns, revived dead-in-the-water offers to reinvigorate a business, and shifted many-a-founders’ attention from shiny objects to the work that actually drives revenue.
And before you jump to conclusions—it wasn’t by doing more of anything. It was by shining a light on the thing that connects all the business chaos: brand.
That’s why my work today starts with a simple question: what do you want your business to be known for? And from there, we use brand to refract that answer into clear priorities, focused decisions, and a clear path forward.
