I draw on nearly 15 years of experience in agencies and service businesses, from running my own brand studio and serving as second-in-command at an agency, to coordinating cross-functional teams to turn big ideas into work that actually gets sold and delivered. My background in tourism, consulting, B2B SaaS, CPG, and more give me a wide lens on how service businesses operate and grow.

Founders who work with me can expect to spend a minimum of $3k per month working with me. My work spans 6-week or 3-month containers.

Prepare to get sick of me! Kidding! But, I am very hands on in this process. In both Strategy Renaissance and The Prism Partnership, we’ll have near weekly conversations, plus you’ll have asynchronous access to me via email. Both engagements embed a strategic thought partner in your business for the duration of the project.
My work bridges strategy and execution. We start by laying the foundation with strategy, then find the short- and long-term pathways forward. I will provide strategic direction and detailed instruction for implementation, but will not ship or publish anything. Clients who work with me via The Prism Partnership or Strategy Renaissance have the option to work with me on specific areas of implementation following our initial engagement.
